Luminary’s custom colour palettes are £95 and £165, depending on whether you opt for a 16-colour palette or a 36-colour palette. In both cases, the colours will be chosen specifically to harmonise with your complexion and features — they will be completely unique and tailored to you.

We aim to have your custom colour palette to you by email within 5 working days of receiving your photos. In very rare cases, it may take longer, but we’ll always let you know.

Your colours will be selected after careful consideration of your natural complexion and features. You’ll be given a selection of lights, darks, neutrals and accents, offering you plenty of possible colour combinations. It may take you time to warm to some of the colours, but we promise they will all harmonise with your natural beauty!

Absolutely — we think a custom colour palette is an amazing gift to give someone you love. As long as you have their permission to take a clear photo of their head and shoulders (it will need to be clear, well-lit and close-up!), it’s fine.

Absolutely not — we will never show the photos you send us to anyone, nor will we share or publish them anywhere. Once we’ve used them to analyse your natural colours, we’ll delete them.

If you’d like us to favour certain colours or tones (lights, darks, brights, neutrals etc.) in your palette, you’ll need to:
let us know your Colour Season — and your sub-season if you know it
order a combination palette as these contain colours from your Colour Season as well as your complexion and natural features.
Just let us know in the email you send us with your photos. We’ll always do our best to accommodate, but can’t promise!
